02 / THE DESIGN APPROACH

Everyday tasks.
One coherent system.

01

Organize a broad service offering

The six-month redesign prioritized navigation across everyday payments, transfers, accounts, and investments. Grouped service areas made the breadth of the app legible while keeping frequent tasks close at hand.

02

Make the navigation legible

A distinct icon system and streamlined menus created recognizable task entry points. Account-opening screens previewed the steps ahead, connecting navigation with a clearer sense of progress.
